The rules for using LLC Community. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Who runs the site
Enda Flannelly, Via Tommaso Campanella 41, 00197 Roma, Italy. Email: [email protected]. The site is run by students of the LUISS Language Café and is not an official LUISS service.
2. What it is for
The site presents the café, its team, languages, clubs, events and the team timetable. You cannot buy anything on it. Accounts are for people with a LUISS email. Poker chips and prizes have no cash value.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what you post. You can delete your account at any time on My account. Admins may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or the rights of others, and do not harass anyone.
- Post photos of other people only with their consent.
- Do not try to reach restricted areas, or to damage, overload or mass-copy the site.
- Do not send unwanted or misleading messages.
5. Information and languages
Dates, times and programmes can change: check with us before you come. Words and translations in the Languages section are for learning and fun, not professional translations.
6. Intellectual property
The site's texts and design belong to the operator or are used with permission. Names and trademarks, including the Language Café logo and LUISS, belong to their owners. What you post stays yours; you let us show it on the site until you delete it.
7. Availability and liability
The site is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published here applies. Italian law applies, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
